PART 3. A city wants to encourage people to use the centre in the evening. Discuss how effective these might be: later museum opening, free evening transport, pedestrianised streets, outdoor lighting improvements, evening markets. Then decide which two to fund first.

PART 3. Discuss how useful these are for someone starting a new job: a formal mentor, a written handbook, shadowing a colleague, a probation review, informal team lunches. Decide which two matter most in the first month.
